The goal of our Home Care Agency is to meet the needs of the residents of Mid-Missouri by providing quality home care services.  In doing so, we study community health needs and take action to meet those needs.  Below you will find a list of the many services we have available.

 In-Home Support Services

In-Home Support Services provides care to people who may not need nursing home care.  They can continue to live in their own homes amid family and friends.  All they need is help with the demands of daily living.  Homemaker Health Care can help you or a loved one retain independence.  In-home Support Services are authorized by the Division of Senior and Disability Services and available to Medicaid eligible and Private-Pay clients.  The services provided are:

• Personal Care

• Homemaker Chore

• Live-Ins

• Respite Care

• Advance Personal Care

• Meal Preparation

• Errands

• Laundry

• Home Telemonitoring

In-Home Support Services provided in the following counties:

Audrain, Benton, Callaway, Camden, Cole, Cooper, Gasconade, Henry, Johnson, Laclede, Maries, Miller, Moniteau, Morgan, Osage, Pettis and Saline Counties.

Medicare Home Health is an excellent alternative to nursing home, skilled, and assisted living facilities following a hospitalization, a new diagnosis, or an exacerbation of an existing problem.  Home Health eligible patients having a need for skilled, intermittent care who are homebound, and who are under the care of a physician may qualify for services.  The services provided are:

• Skilled Nursing

• Therapy Services Include:  (Physical Therapy and  Occupational Therapy Evaluation)

• Home Health Aide

•  HomeMonitoring

Home Health Services provided in the following counties:

Callaway, Cole, Miller, Moniteau, Osage,  Boone, Camden, Morgan, Maries and Gasconade Counties.

Private Pay-Insurance services can be arranged to meet individual needs and budget.

Private Pay-Insurance Services provided in the following counties:

Home Telemonitoring allows patients to remain safely at home and have their vital signs monitored seven days a week.  For patients using the telemonitor, their vital signs are checked each day and reviewed by a skilled clinician at our agency.  Telemonitoring services are available for  Home Health, Medicare + Medicade Eligible and Private Pay-Insurance services.  For more information regarding our telemonitoring services, please visit our telemonitoring page.
